As your CBSA notes say, you stuck at SS by CBSA. Considering you AOR in 2021 it is a high time for filing mandamus.

Based on the trend of several cases that were stuck in SS and recently BGC was completed, you should get cleared very soon. I hope so.

I feel sorry for you. Didn't you file for Mandamus? I think you have a full right and enough reasons to do so.
