About security clearer on my fixe ship.

Hi guys I just have written a test on October 12,2019 and I passed a test..after that I been told by one the officer they were waiting for my security clearance,so they told me it could take about 3 to 4 months..but since that day I never heared anything updates from IRRC,when I call them they keep telling me same thing, it’s on PROGRESS,I don’t really knw wht to do...have any one experienced same thing like me?
