You haven’t provided enough details for someone to guide you better. However, you can raise a CSE and include scans of your visa/stamps with a brief explanation that you forgot to include them with your application.
I have done with CSE. But when i applied for PNP i attached but this time i forgot due some mind distraction because of my mother health. I am curious will they send msg me for documnt submision or reject

If you have already raised CSE you should be fine. Call them after a week to confirm that it is received and linked with your profile. All the best to you!
