about reference letter

i send to the cic that i worked in a job for 2 years

when i got my reference letter from the company they gave me aletter with 3 years experience & sayed that the last contract was not finished even though i worked only fot 1 year ,,,now iwill send the docs to visa office ,, how could i deal with this
