About RCMP clearance

Dear All,
I was asked to submit the RCMP clearance report. As I have lived in Canada for 5 months last year, but I do not know why I was asked to submit the RCMP clearance. As the rules suggest it is necessary only for if you have lived for 6 months and more. Please give me advice how I can convince the immirgration officer that I do not need to submit RCMP. If you have any idea to get an RCMP clearance from aborad, please suggest. Thank you so much for your advice.

Hello everyone,

This question is related to new PR rule came out I qualified as essential workers I am done with my ielts test and even have my employment letter with me for 1560 hours do you think i'd be eligible ?
Because many are telling they don't count full hours they count around 15 during part time and for full time they count 35
Because i still have 2 semesters and i was working at walmart part time like 70% but its almost 2 yrs so i am done with the hours thing
