About Proof of fund

How long should one leave once money in ones account after sending statement of account to visa office. Should one leave it till visa is issued or what because some of us has business which we use our money to run. when can one withdraw the money and put back into business.

Its better to leave it until you get your visa stamped because they might ask you to show the statement again if they have any concerns about it.
