about pnp in manitoba

hi,
i am hearing about manitoba pnp which is going to be change in APRIL. if its true then please let me know WILL there any effect on those student who are already getting pay steps or started jobs.example i have been here for last 3 months and already started job and apply my pnp in july, if the rules gona change in april is there any effect on me??(example now its 6 month if it will 1 year then which rule apply on me ,6 months or one year??)

The effect of this program reconfiguration is: no change for temporary foreign workers or international student graduates; only overseas applicants are subject to the new points system.

ok thanks ...my next question is, when we apply for PNP then we get call from immigration office and they gona ask our bounding with winnipeg then how are we show our bounding and asure that we gona set our life here ????

You have to satisfy the MPNP that you are willing to stay in Manitoba and not to leave for other province. It is the decision of MPNP whether or not they will nominate you.

They will assessed what you have written in the settlement plan, the answers of your supporter once interviewed. They all take that into consideration.

Hi,
you said you are on student visa and started job within 2 months? is it allowed? are you doing some sort of short duration course jsut to get eligible for MPNP?
