about pcc of spouse/ PLZ,I NEED URGENT HELP!!!!!!!

dear senioS,
I have applied for OFFICIAL DECREE for my babies,hopefully i will get it by 8th of june.(overmy 120 days will 17th june)
and PCC of my spouse from dubai may be he will get 6th june,it will risky if i ll wait for his DUBAI PCC,however i have his bangladesh PCC

WHAT TO DO NOW?
LL I SEND THIS DOC AS SOON AS I LL GET BY DHL TO(as i m sending full docs by DHL to this address)

send documents now without delay with explanation , then follow the other docs immediately .u can not depend 100% on dhl, 9 days sometimes not enough to send ur docs
