about our biometrics

Hi it’s been two months since we submit our biometrics and until now we didn’t get a response to submit our passport is that normal

Submitting biometrics is not tied to a timeline for PPR. In fact for most outland apps it seems like biometrics is taking place towards the beginning. My husband submitted biometrics in Dec 2018 and we are still waiting for decision made.

Does the biometric enrollment info show up in GCKey?
