Are you going to send your WES REPORT (degree evaluation) if you have done any degree back home?

Me not. Because it is not on the document checklist so that you don't have to send that along the application

Yes and no, but I will be sending that with the application just in case the officer will ask for one in the future to avoid delay.

You should visit the police station in your region of stay. If they have a website, it will be much helpful. Mine was processed online and they mailed the record to my address. The thing is that I will have to pay online handling fee, a good option during the pandemic.
The processing time depends. If you live in GTA or somewhere closed to, you should expect long processing.
