By the end of the month your status might be in assessment.

Any idea of what influences how long it takes to assess?

My application is being processed pretty quickly, I applied on the 26th and I'm in the "decision in progress/DIP" stage. No additional documents requested which is weird because I'm the first person in this company applying for a PNP.

same was the case with my wife, first applicant from her organization and no document request.

when I received my email from nominations office, so I checked it, it changed

I am just wondering Why they didn’t ask for any documents. I mean I am the first ever applicant from my company , I am nervous. Lets c what happens.

Same here, it might be because they have a backlog and since there are many applications to process, they're not being as picky as usual.

Being first to apply from your company, does not mean that additional documents will be required.
Additional Document are only requested if they need more details about you or your company.
