Looks like OINP is working on the stream which opened up first and/or deadline is close (3 months). once they will be done with those. they are going to work on our stream. Since, the stream has completed 2 months from opening; we are now in the last month.
Processing time should be counted from application date, not NOI date. I am not worried about that "employment status" as COVID have not affected my Job at all. so even if they want to verify or whatever- they can do.
Yes, it makes sense, but the applicants of human capital stream have faster processing time than us, which can not be explained. Both stream's process time is the same as 60 to 90 days. I guess 50% application of our stream may lose employment temporarily or permanently amid Covid-19.

No at DIP and Yes at Nominee. So you have to check OINP portal to know the start of DIP.
