about NSNP100 application form need help

Hi expert, on the form NSNP100 for Nova Scotia demand express entry, on page 18 document checklist, they have asked for 1 passport size photo, can some pls help what does it mean '(taken and date stamped within six months of application)', does it mean we have to put date stamp on it.
