hi guys just want to ask if the noc 3012 has been already capped, would u mind telling me when was the last charging that happened with noc 3012 according to the forum's SS? thanks a lot... a bit worried since i am an applicant of noc 3012 october 30....

Hope for the best but also expect the worst. We've heard no report of charge since the beginning of Dec, that was until Sept 10, 11 applicants.

Hi..oct 7th has been charged...u meant noc 3012 oct 7th charged?

And dear...do not loose hope...have faith in god..we may still be included in the pending 254..who knows..

Dear zarr,by oct.7 I was talking about all NOC's,as for 3012 is stuck somewhere near 11 sept.One of my friend whose application was received on aug.10 got her cc charged on 23 nov.but is still awaiting PER.I can't understand what happened with rest of sept.applicants .

Got capped, that's what happened. It's past Christmas. It's time to move on and look ahead..

Depends on which country you are based in. From what i've heard, for applicants based in mainland China, 4-6 months. For people based in Europe at least 3 months...

Don't loose hope..I know I m being positive. .but we all will probably make it..if an august applicant's dd is en chased on nov 20th then probably it was before the updated cap of 614...and we still have 254 pending apps..
I have called cic and a lady said there are backlogs of many applications. .she told me to wait for another 2-3weeks...fingers crossed ...rest leave it on the Almighty..whatever he does for our betterment. ..gudluck
