1. Is GIC mandatory??
besides,i have maintained 8 lacs bank balance for more than three months.
2. which category should i apply for?
SDS or General?
3. my course consists of total 8 courses. i can attend maximum three courses or minimum two courses in a term. fees can be calculated as per course attended. so for one year how much fees i should pay? six course only or all eight courses?
details-
i have applied for winter 2019 session, masters of engineering in electrical engineering in windsor university. i did my undergraduate degree in electrical engineering in 2012 and since then working in same field.
i have scored 7 bands with no less than 6 in IELTS.
1. GIC is a "must have" , it strengthens your case a lot , moreover , in SDS , it is mendatory , and in general , it is not mendatory but you MUST pay a GIC.
2. You should apply under SDS obviously , as it has faster processing and requires less financial documents . But you need to pay 1 year fees and purchase GIC to be eligible for SDS.
3. It is upto you , if you can get your degree by attending 6 courses per year , then pay for 6 courses , but if completing all the 8 courses is mendatory for getting your degree , then you must pay for 8 courses . Check your offer letter , it should be written on it that how much fees you need to pay for 1st year.
