About my Qubec skilled worker application.

Hi there,
I am from india. I have put my qubec skilled workers file (noc 2112) on 16 of November 2012 which would be reach to hongkong by latest 27 November 2012.But as of today i have not received file no or any kind of communication from the hongkong office.
Can anybody tell me the email id or contact no at hongkong office from where i can inquire about my file status as soon as possible, as my ielts is about to expire in march 2013.

I've sent my documents on 20th Oct, 2012 for QSW & still haven't received an AOR. I'm being told that it is taking almost 6 months to receive a file number.

True that. Very slow these days, takes ages to get things done.
