About Medicals & Call Center!!

Hello guys, hope everyone's doing great

it has been about a month now since I did a redo of my medicals (I did it with the new system e-Medical, so it was sent electronically from the doctor to CIC), and I still not hear anything from the VO. and there is nothing updated on my ecas about medicals. so really, I don't know if they ever received my medicals or not. Please i wanna to know about who does write Medical Results Received on ecas? is it the VO that writes that? or is it the CIC that write that when they done from medicals? and when they usually write that?

I also have a question about the Call Center number 1-888-242-2100.. my wife called them to ask abt the medicals and they told her that they can't access to informations if you are applying from outside Canada and that the Call Center is for Inland Applications only. I was thinking that the Call Center is for both, Outside and Inland Applications. I want to know if there is an email that I can contact them in to ask them about my medicals instead of calling the Call Canter?!

Ask for your ATIP/GCMS notes. You will get the electronic file and you will se what they've got so far.

thanks, but I already had my interview over a month now, and so we don't need the notes now cos that takes a month to receive it. and so we will hear from the VO before that. so there is no other option to know about if CIC has my medicals now?

I don't see the link between the interview and the notes, but never mind.

If you want to get in touch with your VO, you need to send a Case Specific Enquiry by email. But I can't tell you the email address, because you never mentioned what country you're from or what VO is processing your application.
