I am international student in Canada. I have completed 1 semester in university. I want to marry a person who visited Canada on visitor visa . Can we marry . Will he get work permit after marriage. How much time it takes to get work permit after marriage .

Yes you can marry if you meet the requirements for marriage for the province. Spouses of international students are not guaranteed a visa/permit. It says you can apply. Some get accepted but many also get refused.
