ru saying during the visa application ur agent did not attach the letter of acceptance. if so try contacting CIC and see if u can send it now. U should always check or submit ur application urself . Its a very careless mistake by u and ur agent.

Refused most likely if you didn't submit the acceptance letter.

Yeah, go for it. Without LOA how would they assign you visa? It's mandatory otherwise it's clear refusal.
It's better late than never.

Just go to vfs,they must have given you a tracking sheet, XEROX that tracking sheet, attach the LOA with xerox'ed tracking sheet and tell me this is the additional document, if you want to attach any other document you can, by the next day, your LOA will reach at chd visa office. It's the fastest way. Don't be late if you have applied for sept intake.
