1. Can I get the PR with 1 year job offer with LMIA without IELTS?
2. Can I get the PR at the time while I am entering Canadian airport or after one year?
3. If I get the one year job offer with LMIA in that case what type of visa will I get from Immigration?
4. If I come alone in Canada with one year job offer with LMIA when will I be able to invite my family?
5. Is that true if I come Canada alone with one year job offer, LMIA and IETLS scoring overall band 5, can I take my family after 6 months or without IETLS can I take my family after one year?

1. No. Language test is mandatory.
2. Your question doesn't make sense. You have to apply for PR separately once you qualify - this is a separate process and having an LMIA does not guarantee you will get PR.
3. You would need to apply for a closed work permit.
4. Depends on the skill level of your job. If your job is NOC skill level A, B or 0, then your family can apply to join you but there is no guarantee their visa will be approved.
5. No - it sounds like you are confusing a number of different rules. See above.
