About letter fonts and back ground check

Are immigration officers aware on specific fonts? Like what if i change the font of the letterhead of Doc A into arial, but the original is arial bold. Like do they ask the employer something about that? Just curious. ThNkx.

Because the first letter has incomplete info, so we need to change it. The problem is, we run out of papers with letter head. the stocks will be coming nexf week, but i urgently need it. the senior in my department suggested to make a makeshift similar to the original, since she will be the one signing it.

Your company is allowed to change their letterhead whenever they see fit. They don't need to answer to anyone in regards to that.

Is there really no one that has Arial Bold on their computer? You can download it in 2 seconds off the net. Or use google drive and type up the letter there.

From what I understand, CIC are experienced at spotting inconsistencies. I would not leave anything to chance and risk refusal or misrepresentation for the sake of a few days.

But if they made a back groundcheck, and verified that i am really an employee of the company, would the formulated letterhead still be a form of misrepresentation?

Is there a reason you are in a hurry?
Why don't you just wait. Is your ITA expiring soon? If you are attending an info session you do not need your experience letters.

Absolutely good advice to wait. An officer could look at a ref letter that had something unusual about it and refuse it. Then you are back at Square one, even if everything is honest and above board. It just isn't worth giving them anything that could raise questions. All the best
