about Landing

Hi all.
I submitted the passports for stamping and waiting for the passport to return.
Probably I'll fly on last of december. I am going to Calgery , AB but not finding any ticket, So , if I go first to Toronto and then to Calgery by domestic flight, my first landing will be in Toronto, Ontario. My question is , would that be a problem for PR card, health insurance and other facilities since I land in one province and stay in another?

Under FSW, you can land any where expect if you are QSW, you must land in Quebec. Good luck.
