AFAIK, the primary applicant is required to be present for the dependents to do landing....

Hence, you need to be present at the time of your wife landing...

No, the principal application has to "land" first, then the secondary applicant can "land" at the same time or any time afterwards, as long as the COPR is valid. The principal doesn't have to be there when his/her spouse "lands"

i am in canada, i donot plan to go back to my country, and come back with my wife..
so what is best way i can do .
can i meet her in vancuvour in airport, and landing together??han

thanks for help

From what PMM says, it looks like you do "landing" first by border crossing and send your COPR to your wife and ask her to come to Canada and do the landing.

right PMM ???

i mean
i pass the boarder in airport with my work permit from canada side
and meet my wife in other side, and do our landing together..
may i >???
thanks ]

No - you can't.

You can only land at the airport if you arrive from outside of Canada on an international flight.

ok ,thank you for help

so i think the best way is --i do landing first in the boarder between usa and canada

and my wife do it herself later when she come in canada

isn't it >>>?????

Yes - that's probably the best way. You must either land first or together with your wife.

You can not do that way on the airport.
