is it tht one cannot access kijiji frm india .. ?
i cn open it ,see ads but not reply to them or see the poster's details... like email id etc...

Try to Register for an account and login with that. Or on Right hand side their is option to send mail/queries to poster. He/she will then provide more details on how you can contact.

You don't need to register for replying to AD.

I think you won't be able to use it from India.
