S Sanyamkhullar Star Member Jan 25, 2020 57 6 Feb 14, 2020 #2 Sometimes they do issue the certificate but due to technical issue you dont recieve it in your secure mail. Call your respective bank (in which you've opened your GIC account) and ask them.
