about gic certificate

i have made wire transfer of 10100 cad on 9th of this month... but still i did nt recieve any email from scotia bank about amount deposit
or any thing about gic certificate
i have done with all the thing just waiting for this .. do any one know how many days they take to issue gic...

u need to satisfy 2 things
Living cost - GIC
Tution cost - show paid fee reciept during application OR sanctioned loan for tutuion

i deposited money on 15may and received gic on 21.

just email then on newaccount@scotia email id and attach receipt of tranfer of money and ask to issue gic.

I got mail saying it ll take 10 business days to send the money transfer details.

Does it take more time for them to send the details for money transfer ?

That's just an automated mail. Most probably they will email you details in 3-4 business days.

In the application guide it was mentioned that the documents should be placed in the following order,

Scan all documents in ONE SINGLE PDF File, in the following order:
I. Signed copy of the Scotiabank Student GIC Program Application Form.
II. Copy of passport pages (photograph page and the last page with signature)
III. Copy of acceptance letter from a Canadian educational institution
All copies MUST be signed by the student

Is it mandatory to place them in the same order. I placed in the following order I,III,II ...
Also in the subject line should we give our name ,passport number and DOB ?
