About getting 50points for Job offer

Hi everyone.

I am looking at FSWP stream to get to Express Entry.

Does the NOC code of the job I am offered based on LMIA in Canada have to be same as my foreign work experience in order to obtain 50 points for arranged employment section?? For example, I have years of work experience in financial area abroad and have a job offer with LMIA as a manager of restaurant or hotel. Can I get 50points for LMIA even if they are not exactly related or NOC must be same?

One more question is UNTIL when my IELTS result should be valid? When submitting all my documents after getting ITA or until they finally issue me a PR visa??

Please advise me. Help me get out of this confusion.. Thanks a lot in advance..

I think LMIA of a different NOC code as your work experience should be fine..
And IELTS should atleast be valid till you receive your ITA..

It should be valid till the time you submit your application after receiving ITA (till submitting eAPR).
