ABOUT FEES AINP

Dear All

I am trying to send my docs today for AINP. I was unable to get clear idea of whendo I pay the fees for this process. I noticed in application instruction guide that we have to pay fees when they request you for it. Also there nothing mentioned in AINP application about fees. Can some one please answer this question,

Is there any special fees for AINP?
Can I goahead to send the application with no fees attached to it?
Do I also send my marriage certificate with docs ??

Is there any special fees for AINP? -- Only when you are sending application to CIC (NO FEE AINP)
Can I goahead to send the application with no fees attached to it? - Yes
Do I also send my marriage certificate with docs ?? I don't think so.
