I also received letter of interest today, but my CRS score is under 400.
Will I be able to apply still with my score since I received my letter?

It says
Ontario would like to consider you under their Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
The Government of Ontario is interested in considering you for nomination under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) through Express Entry.
If you want Ontario to consider you for nomination under its PNP you must contact Ontario directly after receiving this letter. Note that this letter of interest is not a guarantee that you will be nominated by Ontario. You will first have to satisfy Ontario that you meet the requirements of their program.

Hi,
I received an "Express Entry - Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter" from IRCC today(August 9,2018).
I have been working in Ontario from August 21,2017. as a paid full time employee 35 hrs/week.
As Express Entry Profile will ask only Month and Year for the work experience calculations, so it calculated my experience as 1 year on August 1,2018. Now I would like to know how does the OINP calculate the work experience?
Will OINP consider my application if i submit it after completing my 1 year experience on August 21,2018 ?
Do I need to have 1 year experience before receiving OINP interest letter from Express Entry profile?
