Hi everyone,

I am posting this for enquiry about employer change, i applied my paperbased PR under bcpnp nominee program, i was worked as construction manager 0711 on open grad work permit. I got my nomination under skill international graduates, now i got my cic file number on 11 feb and after that i leave my job and started new one. Does i need to inform cic or bcpnp about it? Or it impact any bad effect on my file?

There is NO restriction on employment on that nomination certificate, but only name of the company is mentioned where i was working. And pnp nomination will expire on may2017. But i already got my cic file number. CIC only mention to notify important changes like marriage, addess change or if i want to withdraw my file but did not mention about employer changes.

It depends on which province nominated you.For example in the case of BC,According to page 62 of the program guide, your nomination will be withdrawn if you leave your employer and your pr application collapses without the nomination

Thanks for your point of view, but as it mention on pnp there is no restriction on employment so what that means? As i already leave my job so i should inform bcpnp or cic ?
