It's been three months and I haven't got any email about my eligibility. Its so frustrated when you don't know where you are standing. Is anyone know anything about it or any suggestions for me.

If youre talking about sponsor approval it takes at least three months right now to even get acknowledgement from ircc that they have your app so expect a few more weeks at least after that email for SA
I have already got acknowledgment email on 30 of January now I' m waiting for the further proceeding.
Average processing time is one year. You already got AOR so you know they are working on it. Try to relax and give them the time to work. Its not going help to be stressed for the next 9 months.They will inform you when theres any progress.( i cant count how many times i said that to my wife..)
