I have attend in IELTS exam recently. From CRS calculator I found my score 389. But in the qualifying stage I have got 62 point from the first 4 factors. I have to get 5 more marks from the last two factors. There is a chance to get 5 marks from the adaptability. But I am confused about that. I need suggestion from experts.
What type of relative is accepted by CIC? I have a Maternal Uncle (Son of my mother's Maternal Uncle) in Canada.
Moreover I want to know that does my CRS score enough to be selected for ITA? May I apply for any PNP now?

There is no way to know if certain CRS point is good enough for a particular draw. But having 450 or up, you have a chance.

You can apply PNP anytime you like

I believe only Canadian siblings will add points to CRS per Liberal election platform. That has not realized yet.
