Plan to apply for Canadian PR with my wife is primary applicant. She has Masters in Civil Engineering from a good school in USA. She did her Bachelors in same field in India. I will be dependant in the application and have Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from India. I have TWO Masters degrees (Masters in Electrical Engineering AND an MBA) in the USA. Question: is just sufficient if we just get the ECA done for my wife's Masters degree and just ONE of my Masters degree? Seems like there will be no change to the CRS score even if we get ECA on our Bachelors degrees or a second Masters degree. Please guide. Thank you.

Yes you can get only one of your masters evaluated. Since you are the secondary applicant, If you know that your US university for which you plan to get the masters evaluated is good university and certain WES will evaluate it as masters, then you should be good.

But if possible, to avoid any unforeseen issues send docs to wes for your bachelors and both masters. If not possible, give the docs to masters of well known university you did masters from.
