It depends... could you give us a little more information please? Who are you sponsoring? Or if you are the sponsored person, what is your relationship to the sponsor?
I THINK - anyone feel free to correct me if I am wrong - but your brother's dependant child shouldnt matter unless he is the one being sponsored?
If your brother is being sponsored, I think you will have to include ANY dependants whether or not they will be accompanying you. If they are not included it could result in problems in the future if the child wishes to be sponsored
