One 23 Aug and one 28 Aug applicant got returned about one week ago, so currently CIC should be doing completeness check for Sep applications.

Completeness Check is done for all August applicant i believe. Some applicants posts their rejected status on the main thread. Applicants from 6th, 23rd and a 28th August. Most of them mentioned that they got a reply from their email inquiry, which stated that their app is rejected. So currently, September applicants are being checked..
Thats a good news, giving that the CAP number on CIC is based on completness checking.dmac11 said:

Yes, as per CIC updated CAP. Most probably it is until end of August applications. I am too praying and hoping i am inside the recent update.

Yes bro, it can cause a lot of stress thinking about this. from what i know, most of these applicants received their package back on hand since they applied within Canada. Transit time takes only a few day for them to received it back i believe. But outside Canada is a different story.
But hey, we don't want to think that way. We'll always be positive. God can make everything possible..
Working style in CIC is not predictable. Giving current situation for 217x, everything becomes abnormal...
