Hi All
I have been living here in London since three years. I have completed MBA in HR from a University here in London.

I have applied for a collage in Ontario and collage has accepted me for Jan 2016 in IT management. I have paid the upfront fees of $8400 CAD and transferred $40 K CAD in my own bank account in Canada, and also have affidavit letter from my father. I am applying with my wife as dependent.

My queries are:

1) what is the chances of study permit approval ?
2) do we need medical tests ? CIC says if lived for more than 6 months continuously in UK, no medical required.

You need to write strong SOP/Study Plan explaining why you felt the need to do something after MBA and is it related to your previous study and work experience, and what benefit you will gain from this program, and your links to home country that will take you back.

In order o be exempted from the medical exams, it's required to live in a medical exempted country for at least the last 5 years, if during these 5 years you visited a med non exempted country for a period longer than 5 months than you must do the medical exams.

Greetings!

There is very little chance for you to get rejected. I don't see any valid reason really.
All you gotta do is have a clear explanation as to why you feel the need to do this program and then you are golden.
