About being qualified for CEC

Please advice me if the following situation can still apply under CEC category.

Graduated in Sept, 2007 with a bachelor degree from University of Regina.
Left Canada after graduation
Now, come back to Canada and work as skilled worker under LMO

Question:
If he works over 1 year as skilled worker under LMO, can he be qualified under CEC-graduates category?

Or

He will have to work as skilled worker under LMO for 2 years and apply under CEC-foreign worker category.

The graduate option only works if he is working on a post grad work permit.

Hmmm.... I don't think that's true - do you know of some document that says this?

I don't think it matters what type of work permit, only that you are properly authorized to work.

I think Option 1 is true as well. Suggest calling CIC to confirm.

I think you're right jes. I thought I read it somewhere. So the OP has 2 options which is good.

None! Unless an applicant hired a representative. But it's another topic altogether. Sorry to hijack!

Confirmed with CIC

Your experiences does not have to be on a PGWP. It can be on LMO.
Therefore, both options are good and of course option 1 would be better in this case.
