about 20 days after sending pps ,e.case status hasnt changed yet,is this a problem?
the visa office is damascus and i know every Tuesday they update it.

Well no its not a problem. If you still insist, send them an email asking them about your case.

Not a problem. the e-cas is not the most reliable tool to check our case. It must, but doesn't always get updated regularly.

And it has been just 20 days. Plz wait a bit more & ur Pp+Visa shall arrive soon. Generally it returns by 30 days.

Dec 09 was a 'go slow' month due to various holidays. In my opinion u'll get your Pps+Visas in a max 7 days from today. Forget the e-cas, Relax... your D-Day is near.

Forget about the Ecase status...mine never changed...since beginning it is showing in process...and nothing else...and I have already submitted my passport for Visa Stamping...so dont bother abt that...good luck
