Hello, everyone, I am preparing to apply for the AAIP, in Alberta, Canada. However, after reading the document list, I have several doubts about the required documents. Could anyone give a clarification? Thank you!

First, the ‘Pay statements’ requires to contain the ‘hourly rate of pay’ in the Statement of Earnings. However, my payment stub does not contain that information but has other required information, such as the number of hours worked in the pay period, the total rate in the period, deductions, and taxable benefits.

Is my payment stub eligible?

Second, with regards to the ‘Employment reference letter(s)’, does it have a required format to include all the required points?

Third, it is required to ‘show working conditions (e.g. hours of work per week)’ and to ‘show job duties’.

Could anyone explain further what the ‘working conditions’ include besides hours of work per week? My job offer and employment contract do not contain the hours of work per week.

And the job duties in my job offer are a little general.

However, my employment reference letter could provide the hours per week and more specific job duties for your reference.

Is this eligible?

What pathway? So is this to submit a profile or you are a provincial nominee?

Is this eligible?

First: yes its fine.

Second: yes and it must be under employer letter head with contact details of the company.

Third: yes it is required as part of the requirements.

Working condition you can say like full time with 48 hours per week of duty.

I hope it helps.

Hi,

Thank you for your explanation.

For the second question, could you futher tell the format of the Employment reference letter or where I can get a template?

Fot the third question, do you mean I have to submit a job offer and/or an employment contract that must inlude the ‘working conditions’ or I could submit an employment reference letter that inludes those information?

Thanks in advance!
