Hi everyone!
I have applied for PR card renewal last Aug, then i called for an interview with CIC officer and after that he sent me a RQ ,i sent that RQ with supporting documents ,after 2 monthes i recieved a letter satating that my physical presence in Canada did not satisfy the department that i have complied with the residancy obligation. They asked me to submit more supportive documents and evidences, otherwise my application will be abandoned after 180 days from the date of application.
Now, if i do not respond because i have no more evidances and documents to support my application, my application will be abandoned .
My question is ,Do you think the CIC officer will write A44 report or any kind of report, or my application will only abandoned without further consquences and my residency will not be a subject of loss?
Please give advice and help

Yes, they will write an A44 report, that you have not complied with your residency obligations.

Do you think they will write the A44 report depnding on the documents and information on thier hands although they are expecting i will submit more evidences befor the due date ?, but i will not do( cuse i have nothing more)
I have reviewd the Manuals and i can not find any indication of report writing in abandonedation process!

They will write the report with the information that they have. As it appears the officer has made a decision that you haven't met your residency obligations. Whether you wish to abandon your application or not is immaterial.

It looks like I am in a bad situation and in the way to lose my residancy and there is no benefit from the abandon of my application.
Is there any solution or suggestion can help to get out from this trouble ?

Thanks for help

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Were you actually in Canada for 730 days? If yes, you should write a detailed travel history including photocopies of all the pages of your passport where you match the stamps to your travels. Also try to find some other proof that you were in Canada, phone bills, bank records, pay slips etc.

If you were not in Canada 730 days, you can appeal based on humanitarian grounds, that is if you had a good reason why you had to be outside Canada. If you have children in Canada, you could also state that you losing your PR would be hardship on your children.
