I just logged on her account and it was there.

So my advice is just log everyday until you see the document info there. If you see it, this means they have issued the permit already and you should get in your mail soon (usually takes 2 weeks), but last time I had my work permit sent by mail it took 5 days to get into my mail...

Nope just sign in again. No update

I have applied for a restoration application on 30th November 2020, after receiving an approved Letter of introduction on my work permit (20th October 2020) last month I have approved restoration on 29th July. I have submitted the A11EXAM 4th Aug

I just got into my wife's CIC account...
On Friday 20th August they updated the Document Status...
It has her:

Name	Unique Client Identifier (UCI)	Document	Document number	Status	Expiry date	Status Updated Date	Travel document Number	Country of Issue

Basically it is her Work Permit information already!
The document number column is the Work Permit Number.
I believe we can expect in the mail this week!

I'll keep you guys posted!

Also is your expiry date the same expiry date of the POE or August 20,2022?

Document column says "Work Permit"
Document number says series of numbers starting with the letter "U" (which is the same we see on the printed work permit at the top of the document). I know this because I looked at my own BOWP document...
Status is "Valid"
Expiry date is the same as my own BOWP, because her SOWP is based on my BOWP...
Travel Document Numbers is her ETA number...
Country of Issue is Brazil.

Usually they say it can take 14 days to get it by mail...

No, it is the same as my BOWP, 14th May 2022...
So her SOWP is worth for less than a year...

Hi Guys,
My wife got her work permit by mail today.
So she requested the A11EXAM by webform on the 5th of August. It showed approved document on her CIC account by Friday 20th of August.
Then 7 business days later she got It on our mailbox.
