Hello everyone
I am from Pakistan. We got ITA in April 2019. Submitted all the required docs fees, medical done. But still not get PPR request. Gcms notes said background check in progress of my husband. Its now 4 years,and we are loosing hope. Any suggestion what to do.?
Any case like ours?

Go for Mandamus. IRCC is obliged to respond after this. Consult a lawyer about this route. All the best

@deigor you need to get latest CBSA notes, maybe also CSIS, and then go for Mandamus. It'll cost you like 4-5 K$, but it's your only chance now. You can do it step by step and spend first 1.5K$ for filing complaint and if no reaction from IRCC - then continue paying more to continue to the court process.
