Hi there,

My sister is a citizen of Saudi Arabia, she is 24 works with the government in a well paying position, she graduated from a private university in Riyadh and she would like to visit me for two weeks in December during the holidays. I am a Saudi citizen a s well married to a Canadian and on a work permit valid for two years.

Now we are trying to work on her application and we want to build a strong one so here is the documents we will be attaching

- Banks statements showing her monthly salary SAR 13,000
- Bank statements showing family depending on her financially - she pays the bills every month from her own income -
- Bank statements showing her transferred money to her saving account - she currently has SAR 25,000 and it will be SAR 40,000 by December
- a letter of invitation from me stating that she will be staying with me and that my mother and brother had previously visited me but neither of them overstayed as they don't have a reason to move to Canada
- a letter from her employer approving her vacation
- a letter from her company to the Canadian embassy acknowledging her employment and it is verified by the Chamber of Commerce
- a copy of her government work ID showing the name of her employer and her picture
- a copy of our translated Saudi ID showing family members who will not accompany her
- she also has a small amount remaining for her student loan- will be uploaded as well.
- a copy of my status in Canada, work permit, visa, driving license etc - I work full time as a financial analyst

The issue is that she does not have much of a travel history, she only went to Gulf counties with the family and alone multiple times, she might have a trip to London in November for work but nothing for certain yet, she intends to apply for a US visa as well but she does not have any plans to go at the moment

she is very attached to my home country, her work and my family so there is no way she is immigrating by any chance but we just would like to show that to the officer and have her for a visit as I miss home but I cant go
she also didn't book her two way flight yet in case the application is denied

Please let me know what you think and how can we make this application stronger hopefully to avoid any refusals

Thank you in Advance

its a good idea not to book tickets until a visa is granted.
the family that you are mentioning is that her family? like husband and kids? If they are staying back then that is good ties.
trips to the US and UK will help her profile, the trips in the gulf really do not count.
does she have any property in her name?
not sure if I would include a student loan, that can be looked as something shes running away from not necessarily something she has to come back and pay.
