Hello Eveyone,
I need help making a decision which letter my nephew should provide to the immigration, he is currently studying full time and working part time.
Below is the requirement, so he is confused whether he has to provide both or one of them, if one which precisely.

QUESTION 1

1. Proof of employment or current studies - A letter from your current employer or school on official letterhead indicating your current position and salary or your current program of
studies, as applicable.

Since he is a full time student and part time work, which one should he provide, or does he have to provide both of them?

Thanks for your help

Rita.

Does he have 2 permits or has a SP and because of that is allowed to work time?

Thanks for your reply,

He has Student Permit, and he is allowed to work Part time. That is how he got the work contract,

Thanks.

Rita
I presume this is for a SP extension. It should be a letter from the school as they requested, the work is incidental to the SP. Might be a place on the school website to make the request, if not contact the school administration.
