A small mistake in Letter of Explanation

Hi, I have applied for a study permit just days ago, only to discover this morning I had made a small mistake on the letter of explanation. It is I had missed an ''is'' after an ''it'', everything else is just the way it should be. The letter is very powerful though. Should that be of concern to me? Would it affect the application? The application is very powerful as it contains very supporting documents. Thanks
