I have The Bachelor Degree in Veterinary Medical sciences, therefore i can claim 135 for education level (i'm single, btw). However, i also have a postgraduate diploma in veterinary medicine and it doesn't increase my points because the professional degree is more powerful than bachelor's and postgraduate diploma combined !
my question is when i do credential evaluation at WES, should i evaluate all my degree including the postgraduate diploma which doesn't help me in anyway ? or just only my bachelor's degree to claim the 135 points.

thank you and good luck for all of you !

I think you should do both- as it will cost you the same anyway.
If your bachelors would be equivalent to a professional degree needed to practice a profession, then having another diploma would not matter. You would need to contact the licensing body separately to get a license if your profession is regulated. (This is what I did!)
However, if the evaluation is just bachelors, then having another diploma would boost your CRS score through Skills Transferability Factor.

yes, i have this kind of degree so i can claim 135 points. therefore, i think there is no need to evaluate my post-grad diploma and i can just add it in the personal history section.. is that right ?

I think yes you could. However, as @eept implied there is a chance that the ECA does not state equivalence to a Canadian professional degree. In that case having the diploma done now will save some time, energy, and money later on. If you are confident about recognition of your bachelor's, then you can take the chance.
