A real concern for Asian Students

All the students just imagine if 50% cases were rejected after a long long wait. Would it all go in vain. And what about this time it will never come back again, perhaps go down as worst memory, so the point is can we do something about this, is it in our hands, doesn't CHC need to show more concern about our files, will there still be a chance to make it up at the end, what shall make up for all this ?,??,??? So many questions would be raised and at the end of the day luck will count, since every one applying may be taking a thoughtful step with very up to date and true information but the rejection may be unacceptable. So the point again is we should all consider have we made it large enough to succeed, have we wasted our times, have there been any thing else better we may taken a chance with ?,??,??? I am going to tell you the answer may be a no. So it is a real concern for all the Asian Students.

chc shud atleast update applicant properly, it looks as if they r least bothered and don't care even if we email them.

They have power and they are trying to dominate us.

They give reason that there are many applicants and they r very busy, if its a super-power nation then i think they should manage it. It looks too unprofessional from their side.

they are playing with our future

I think a good idea would be is to apply to other countries and watch the wait times. If they process it faster then maybe thats good, every country is different you know.

I think you will find that they are "managing it", but not in the way most people would like.

My file is in a queue . I don't care much about this waiting stuff and decision. Im already going to marry with my long lasting friend who happens to be USA citizen as well. Instead of sitting idly at home, my elder sister advised this study abroad thing. However, in the process,Like organizing docs, reading psyche of visa officer, I gained a lot of experience. I was not interested in applying second time. but visa officer told me to do so on personal level so I went for it. I post here because 24 hours is a long time to kill . Instead of staring at the walls, I write posts from my bed on my damn ........ forbidden word.

Re: student visa rejected, will apply again,,,good idea?

Sounds like nazia2k has got her second rejection letter! Never mind i guess your back up plan of a paper marriage to get into the usa can now take into effect. Smart girl. Oh by the way canada and usa share immigration data so when you apply for your greencard dont be surprised if you get rejected. Getting two rejections from canada and than deciding to get married to someone in the usa sounds awfully suspect! Lol!

LOL. Mac. If I hurt your feelings , sorry for that. Because you accuse people of deception and lies without any proof. In the USA or canada. Same sky, same sun, same moon and same grass. If I marry with a us citizen, Australian, UK citizen, can any law stop me from marrying that person. CHC is on drugs. Priority cases have not been decided yet never mind normal cases. Does it really matter what you think about my case on the forum online ? Thanks for calling me a smart girl. :D

Do you think if I got a second rejection I would be hanging around , joking with people yesterday. You are in Pakistan. It is freaking morning right now Saturday embassy closed. Yesterday was Friday , offices were closed earlier than normal. ;)

Mac. It is far easier to open mouth and than to understand. The quality of a wise person, he backs things up with facts. No law can separate a wife from his husband. Awfully suspect for green card , pure sour grapes. My 5 siblings live in the USA so dont even get started on American immigration laws. They conduct an interview after two years if a couple is still living together or not. If they're still living together , no one can deny them green card.

OK so you want me to be wise and back up my facts. I can do that. So you say "no law can separate a wife from her husband." Well errr yes the USA immigration can if you are found guilty of any of the following:

1.Break the Law, or Become a Suspect
2.Misrepresent Long-Term Reasons for Coming to the U.S.
3.Express Hostile Anti-American Sentiments
4.Enter the U.S. Illegally
5.Overstay Your Visa and I-94
6.Enter the U.S. Very Contagious, or Pregnant
7.Lie on Your Application
8.Fail to Keep the USCIS Informed
;D
