does your employment status has anything to do with the visa. i used to work at a store full time and than i started my studies so i became part time. i was really sick for the week so i wasnt able to show for my shift so i called in sick and for that they fired me so does it really matter?
should i inform them that i m not employed anymore because i m a october applicant they have not opened my file yet.....

well then ur relationship would not have to face section a39 so u are good its up to u tho whether to let the VO know

once it reaches to your visa office if u are doing outland

"Remember that spousal applications can only be denied for a few financial reasons under section A39:

1. Receiving social assistance for reasons other than disability
2. Being an undischarged bankrupt
3. Failing to provide proof that the applicant is willing and able to support themselves and arrangements other than depending on social assistance have not been made for their welfare."

for the third one what do they mean by that....????
It means that the officer must be convinced that you and your husband will be able to support yourselves without relying on government assistance (welfare) when he becomes a permanent resident. If you are both employable (meaning past history of employment, skills, experience, language ability), educated and willing to work it will not be a problem. And you do not have to inform them that you are no longer employed. I'm assuming you will find another job relatively quickly.
