Would anyone know if it's possible to pick the city, where you want your application to be sent out to after getting the sponsorship approval? Or is it up to people in Mississauga office to decide, where it has to go to?
How does that work?
I can't find this kind of information anywhere.

1. It is sent to the office responsible for the area where the applicant is either a citizen or a resident that was admitted for 1 year. You should read the application form, IMM 1344 page 3 question 6.
