a question on additional point of canadian education and ECA

Hi everyone,
I just updated my EE profile. I had finished a two-year master degree in Canada. I have filled this information up but the score shows that the 30 points are not calculated. what shall I do for changing the points?
Also, if I use this degree in Canada to count the score, do I have to apply ECA of my bachelor degree in China?
I heard that even if I selected "no eca", the ITA might ask for it, is that true?

one issue might be that you selected yes to the ESL question - make sure you select No to the question that asks about ESL as a component to your degree. i am not sure about the ITA requiring ECA - I have a Masters from Canada too and haven't gotten my US degree evaluated - since the points for my Canadian degree seem to be enough.
